Calibration

1、The Environment and Condition for Calibration

The calibration must be done in an unventilated room, temperature is maintained at 20-25 °C, ± 0.5 °C in constant. Pipettes, tips and testing water should be placed in testing room long enough (at least 24 hours) . Test water should be distilled water or deionized water (Grade 3, ISO3696). Instrument balance should be 0.01mg sensitive.

3、Calibration Operating

1.Fill in the S/N of pipette which on handgrip, volume range and the temperature of the test room. The software will automatically suggest the test point after the input. Please adjust the pipette to the corresponding volume.

2.Input of five weighing results

Input the five weighing results (mg) in the corresponding position 12345


3.Click "Data Analysis" get test results.

4.If the testing cannot be pass, please calibrate it refering to the video in the "Video Download " of this website. (Small angle to adjust the calibration nut with the calibration tool in the product packing, clockwise increased volume or counterclockwise reducing the volume), And then input another group of five weighting result directly and again press the "Data Analysis" button to get the results.repeatedly until pass.
